In applying to Logan Christian School, there are several forms that must be filled out and signed by prospective families. An application will be accepted only when all items are completed and received:

Current Immunization record

A copy of the birth certificate

A copy of the child's social security card

Registration fee

Previous year's report card, for students grades 1-6

LCS is now an EdChoice School
The Educational Choice Scholarship (EdChoice) Program provides students from designated public schools the opportunity to attend participating private schools. The program also provides low-income students who are entering kindergarten through 12th grade scholarship opportunities.
