Logan Christian School was founded in 1996, opened in the fall of 1997 with 7 students, grades K-5. In January 1999, we received our state charter and also added preschool. Logan Christian School offers a quality Preschool - 8th Grade Education to the youth of the Hocking Valley. Our goal is to train students in the highest principles of Christian leadership, self-discipline, individual responsibility, personal integrity, and good citizenship. Also while providing our students with the best possible education from caring and qualified teachers in a distinctly Christian atmosphere.

Mrs. Lacie Collins. She is a retired Air Force Veteran. Lacie has a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and Administration degree from Trident University. She is married to Yahreen and they have three children. The Collins family attends The Village Church in Buchtel.

Debbie Starkey
Mrs. Starkey is our Auxiliary Aide, through Logan Hocking Schools. She graduated from CSCC with a degree in ASL Interpreting/Transliterating and is a Certified Paraprofessional. She is married to Duane and they have five children. They attend The Tree Church in Lancaster

Preschool
Amber Brown
Mrs. Brown is a graduate of Ohio University, majoring in Deaf Studies & Interpreting. She has been teaching for 5 years. She is married to Jeremiah, and they have two children. The Brown family attends Logan Church of the Nazarene.

Preschool Aide
Mindy Reed
Mrs. Reed is a graduate of Wilmington high School and attended Baptist Bible College. She has helped in various capacities at LCS since 2019. She is married to Jason, and they have two children. They attend Cornerstone Baptist Church.

Kindergarten
Jessica Fullerton
Mrs. Fullerton is a graduate of Wilmington college with a B.A. in Early Childhood Education, licensed Pre-k-3 with a reading endorsement. She has over 14 years of teaching experience. She is married to Travis. They have two children. Travis and Jessica attend First Baptist Church of Logan.

1st Grade
Holly Curnutte
Mrs. Curnutte is a 2005 graduate of Logan High School and a 2009 graduate of Mount Vernon Nazarene University with a B.A. in Early Childhood Education. Holly is married to Travis, and they have two children. They attend the Pickerington Church of the Nazarene.

2nd Grade
Amy Wagner
Mrs. Wagner is a graduate of Ohio University with a B.S. in Early Childhood Education. She has previously taught preschool and reading intervention. She is married to Brandon, and they have one child. They attend the Lancaster Vineyard Church.

Michelle Anderson
Mrs. Anderson has a B.A. in Youth Ministry and Bible from Moody Institute and Associate of Arts from OSU. Michelle is married to Nathaneal, and they have three children. They attend X Church. She also serves in the youth Ministry at The Tree Church.

Tamara Ennis
Mrs. Ennis received her B.S. in Education from Delta State University. She has been teaching for five years. She is married to Richard, and they have three adult children. She worships at The Tree Church.

THIS INCLUDES ASSISTING IN THE CLASSROOM OR OFFICE, LUNCH DUTIES, COORDINATING SCHOOL PARTIES, WORKING ON FUNDRAISERS, CHAPERONING FIELD TRIPS, GETTING ART SUPPLIES READY, ETC. TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF OUR CHILDREN, ALL VOLUNTEERS WHO HAVE ANY CONTACT WITH OUR CHILDREN ARE REQUIRED TO BE FINGERPRINTED AND BACKGROUND CHECKED. (THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE CLASS VISITORS.) AN APPLICATION MUST BE COMPLETED, AND SIGNED BY THE PRINCIPAL. A MODEST FEE IS INVOLVED, AND THE BACKGROUND CHECK IS VALID FOR 5 YEARS.
